Lobby
The large lobby area is to be used by all the meeting room users. There are vending machines located near the kitchenette for the convenience of our visitors. back to top
Kitchenette
A small kitchenette is provided and is to be shared by all meeting room users. Large coffee urns are available on a first come basis. In addition, a small microwave oven and refrigerator are available. No long term storage is allowed. All items must be removed from the kitchen area after each meeting. back to top
Room #3
Meeting Room #3 has a seating capacity of 40 people when using chairs only. 26 people can be seated around tables. back to top
Room #4
Meeting Room #4, our newest addition, has a fixed conference table that will seat approximately 14 people. Additional seating can be utilized bringing the seating capacity up to 20. The room area is restricted to the carpeted flooring. The tiled area is is an emergency exit and cannot be blocked for any reason. One wall is glass from floor to ceiling that over looks beds of mature shrubbery. Any equipment needed for this room must be requested in advance. back to top
Room #5
Meeting Room #5 has a large fixed conference table that will seat 20. Since the table area uses most of the available space in the room, the room is rated for no more than 22 people. An additional folding table is available to hold refreshments, displays, etc. back to top
Room #6
Meeting Room #6 is our largest room with a total seating capacity of 180. With tables the room can still hold 125 in a variety of seating arrangements. The room has two large permanent screens attached at the ceiling. Two storage areas are used to store chairs and large, 12' folding tables. When empty, these storage rooms can be used for smaller "break-out" meetings. This room must be set up by the user, and must be put back in the same condition as found. back to top
Room #7
Meeting Room #7 is our most requested room. It can seat up to 95 people with chairs only, or about 50 with tables. There is a large permanent screen attached at the ceiling. Two storage areas for tables and chairs can be utilized for additional meeting space if necessary. back to top
Room #8
Meeting Room #8 is our smallest room, but will still accommodate15 people at tables and chairs. By removing the tables, the room can seat about 25. back to top
