Meeting Rooms
Caldwell County Public Library currently offers six meeting rooms, ranging in seating capacity from 15 to 180 people. Meeting room space is provided to county, state and other non-profit organizations at no cost and is scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Social gatherings are allowed on a fee-charged basis. Business groups may also use the facilities for educational reasons on a fee-charged basis. Use of the rooms is self-service, meaning set-up and clean up is the responsibility of the group using the room. Please read our MEETING ROOM POLICY for further information.

To reserve a room, your group must have an approved application on file. You may print a copy of our APPLICATION and submit the completed form to the following address:
